                   A RESOLUTION GRANTING TO WACCAMAW
                   CORPORATION D/B/A HAMILTON VILLAGE SHOPPING
                   CENTER A SPECIAL PERMIT FOR SIGNS AND OTHER
                   DEVICES FOR A SPECIAL EVENT NOT TO EXCEED
                   FIFTEEN (15) DAYS AT HAMILTON VILLAGE
                   SHOPPING CENTER.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, in its capacity as the Board of Sign
       Appeals, that there be and is hereby granted to Waccamaw
       Corporation d/b/a Hamilton Village Shopping Center a special
       permit pursuant to Section 3-102(c) of the City Code for signs 
and
       other devices for a special event not to exceed fifteen (15) days 

       beginning August 1, 1990, at Hamilton Village Shopping Center; 
the
       signs and other devices erected pursuant to said special permit
       shall be subject to removal or alteration at the order of the 
City
       Traffic Engineer and/or City Sign Inspector in the interest of
       traffic safety considerations.
